退款政策

At LOVEHOLIC.MY, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund, Return & Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, replacements, and warranty claims for purchases made through our platform.

By placing an order with LOVEHOLIC.MY, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

1.1. Returns shall only be accepted in the event the product received is defective, damaged, malfunctioning, or materially different from the item ordered.

1.2. Returns based on change of mind, personal preference, dissatisfaction, mistaken purchase, incompatibility, or subjective expectations shall not be accepted.

1.3. Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity considerations, certain items may be deemed strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless proven defective upon delivery.

1.4. All return requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the recorded delivery date.

1.5. LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the absolute right to reject any return request that does not comply with this Policy.


2. RETURN CONDITIONS

2.1. Returned products must be:

  • unused;
  • unwashed;
  • free from physical damage caused by customer handling;
  • in their original packaging;
  • inclusive of all accessories, manuals, inserts, seals, and complimentary items (if applicable).

2.2. Customers must provide:

  • proof of purchase;
  • order number;
  • photographs or videos clearly showing the alleged defect or damage;
  • parcel packaging and shipping label evidence where applicable.

2.3. Products returned without prior authorization from LOVEHOLIC.MY shall not be processed.

2.4. LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the right to inspect and verify all returned products prior to approving any refund, replacement, store credit, or warranty claim.


3. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

3.1. The following items shall not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • items purchased during clearance, promotional, or final sale campaigns;
  • opened hygiene-sensitive products;
  • products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modification;
  • products showing signs of wear, tampering, or accidental damage;
  • items returned beyond the permitted return window.

3.2. LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the sole discretion to determine whether returned items meet return eligibility requirements.


4. RETURN PROCEDURE

4.1. Customers must contact customer support via email at:

“Return Item - Order Number”

4.2. Customers are required to provide:

  • order details;
  • photographs/videos of the issue;
  • description of the defect or damage;
  • parcel condition evidence where applicable.

4.3. Customers must await written authorization and return instructions prior to shipping any item back.

4.4. Returned parcels sent without prior approval may be rejected or disposed of without liability.

4.5. LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the right to appoint the courier service provider for all approved return shipments.

4.6. Customers must provide the return shipment tracking number after dispatching the return parcel.


5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

5.1. Unless otherwise approved in writing, customers shall bear all return shipping fees, handling charges, duties, taxes, and associated logistics costs incurred during the return process.

5.2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5.3. LOVEHOLIC.MY shall not be liable for loss or damage occurring during return transit arranged by customers.


6. REFUND POLICY

6.1. Refunds shall only be issued upon successful inspection and approval of the returned product by LOVEHOLIC.MY.

6.2. Approved refunds shall be processed based on the actual amount paid by the customer after deductions for discounts, vouchers, promotional credits, shipping fees, transaction fees, or other applicable charges.

6.3. Refund processing may require up to fourteen (14) business days from the date the returned parcel is received and verified.

6.4. Refunds shall be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise determined by LOVEHOLIC.MY.

6.5. LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the right to issue replacements, store credit, partial refunds, or repair solutions at its sole discretion where appropriate.


7. REPLACEMENTS

7.1. Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.

7.2. If replacement stock is unavailable, LOVEHOLIC.MY may provide an alternative product, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.

7.3. Replacement processing times may vary depending on inventory availability and logistics arrangements.


8. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

8.1. Any warranty provided shall be limited strictly to manufacturing defects only.

8.2. Warranty coverage shall be rendered null and void if the product is:

  • damaged due to negligence, misuse, abuse, mishandling, accident, or improper storage;
  • modified, dismantled, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized parties;
  • damaged due to improper installation or usage contrary to product instructions;
  • used for commercial, rental, or unauthorized applications;
  • damaged by natural disasters, electrical surges, liquid exposure, environmental conditions, or force majeure events.

8.3. Minor cosmetic imperfections, packaging wear, or variations that do not affect product functionality shall not constitute defects.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LOVEHOLIC.MY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use, misuse, inability to use, delayed delivery, or failure of any product.

9.2. LOVEHOLIC.MY’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by the customer for the affected product.

9.3. Customers acknowledge that product compatibility, suitability, and usage are their sole responsibility.


10. RIGHT TO REJECT CLAIMS

10.1. LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the right to reject any return, refund, replacement, exchange, or warranty request suspected to involve:

  • fraudulent activity;
  • abuse of policy;
  • unreasonable claims;
  • insufficient supporting evidence;
  • policy manipulation;
  • intentional damage;
  • violation of applicable laws or regulations.
