3. Product images are provided for illustration purposes only. Product packaging, labels, artwork, colours, specifications, or manufacturer information may be revised, updated, or changed by the manufacturer without prior notice.

4. Retail product packaging is intended primarily to protect the product during storage and transportation. Minor dents, wrinkles, scratches, creases, corner compression, seal marks, label imperfections, or other cosmetic wear on the product packaging that do not affect the product's functionality, safety, or intended use shall not be regarded as product defects and are not eligible for return, replacement, refund, or warranty claims.

5. LOVEHOLIC.MY carefully packs all orders before shipment. However, the outer packaging may show minor dents, compression, scratches, tape marks, dirt, or other cosmetic wear caused during handling and transportation by courier service providers. Such cosmetic damage to the outer packaging alone does not constitute product damage and shall not be eligible for return, replacement, refund, or warranty claims, provided the product itself remains undamaged and fully functional.

6. Customers are required to record one continuous, unedited unboxing video from before opening the parcel until the product has been fully inspected. Claims relating to missing items, incorrect items, damaged products, parcel condition, or other delivery-related issues must be supported by a complete unboxing video together with any other supporting evidence reasonably requested by LOVEHOLIC.MY. Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may be rejected.

7. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. LOVEHOLIC.MY shall not be liable for delays caused by courier operations, customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
