SHIPPING POLICY

1.2. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within one (1) to two (2) business days upon successful payment confirmation.
1.3. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional campaigns, public holidays, force majeure events, or operational disruptions.
1.4. LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or hold any order at its sole discretion for security verification, suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete information, inventory issues, or regulatory compliance purposes.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
2.1. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

West Malaysia: Approximately one (1) to five (5) business days.

East Malaysia: Approximately five (5) to seven (7) business days.
2.2. Delivery estimates are provided for reference purposes only and shall not constitute a guarantee of delivery within a specified timeframe.
2.3. LOVEHOLIC.MY shall not be liable for delays arising from courier disruptions, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, remote delivery areas, governmental actions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. SHIPPING METHODS
3.1. Orders are shipped via third-party courier service providers, including but not limited to J&T Express and SPX Express.
3.2. Courier selection may vary depending on operational requirements, destination, parcel size, or service availability.
3.3. Upon dispatch, tracking information will be provided through available communication channels.
3.4. Risk of loss and title for products shall pass to the customer upon successful handover of the parcel to the designated courier service provider.
4. DISCREET PACKAGING
4.1. LOVEHOLIC.MY prioritizes customer privacy and confidentiality.
4.2. All parcels are shipped using discreet external packaging without explicit product descriptions, branding, or sensitive identifiers.
4.3. Sender information displayed on shipping labels may be generalized or abbreviated for privacy protection purposes.
5. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, including recipient name, address, and contact information, are complete and accurate at the time of purchase.
5.2. LOVEHOLIC.MY shall not be liable for failed deliveries, delays, losses, or additional charges arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
5.3. In the event of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, failure to respond to courier communications, or inaccessible premises, any resulting redelivery, return, storage, or disposal charges shall be borne solely by the customer.
5.4. Parcels marked as “Delivered” by the courier shall be deemed successfully fulfilled and completed.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
6.1. LOVEHOLIC.MY primarily operates within Malaysia. International shipping availability may vary depending on destination restrictions and courier service coverage.
6.2. LOVEHOLIC.MY shall not be liable for any customs-related detention, seizure, confiscation, rejection, destruction, return, or delay imposed by customs authorities or governmental agencies.
6.3. Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, storage fees, penalties, or governmental charges imposed shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. SHIPPING CHARGES
7.1. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, dimensions, delivery destination, and selected courier service.
7.2. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed and dispatched.
7.3. LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the right to revise shipping rates without prior notice.
8. ORDER MODIFICATIONS
8.1. Customers requesting amendments to shipping information must contact customer support immediately after order placement.
8.2. Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, modifications may not be possible.
8.3. LOVEHOLIC.MY shall not be liable for any consequences arising from unsuccessful modification requests after processing commencement.
9. DELAYED SHIPMENTS
9.1. While reasonable efforts shall be undertaken to ensure timely delivery, LOVEHOLIC.MY makes no warranty or guarantee regarding delivery schedules.
9.2. Delivery delays caused by courier operations, customs inspections, force majeure events, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, or external factors beyond our control shall not entitle customers to refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or compensation.
10. CUSTOMS DETENTION AND REGULATORY ACTIONS
10.1. Orders shipped to East Malaysia, restricted territories, or jurisdictions subject to customs inspection may be detained, inspected, delayed, seized, confiscated, rejected, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities or governmental agencies.
10.2. LOVEHOLIC.MY expressly disclaims all liability arising from customs detention, seizure, confiscation, destruction, rejection, or enforcement actions undertaken by any governmental authority.
10.3. In the event a parcel is detained, confiscated, destroyed, returned, or otherwise withheld by customs authorities or regulatory bodies, customers shall not be entitled to any refund, replacement, reimbursement, or compensation.
10.4. Any additional costs arising from customs procedures, import duties, taxes, penalties, storage charges, disposal fees, or return shipping shall be borne solely by the customer.
11. LOST, DAMAGED, OR RETURNED PARCELS
11.1. Claims relating to damaged parcels must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours from the recorded delivery date.
11.2. Customers must provide sufficient supporting evidence, including clear photographs of external packaging, shipping labels, and damaged contents.
11.3. All claims are subject to courier investigation, verification, and approval.
11.4. LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the right to reject claims deemed fraudulent, insufficiently substantiated, or arising from customer misuse, mishandling, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
11.5. Returned parcels resulting from failed delivery, refusal of acceptance, incorrect address information, uncontactable recipients, or customs-related incidents may incur additional reshipping fees.
