30 Days Limited Replacement Warranty
Applicable for orders received on or after January 1st, 2019.
LOVEHOLIC.MY provides a limited 30-day warranty for products with electronic functionality. If the product experiences an electronic malfunction under normal usage conditions within the warranty period, the item may be eligible for repair, replacement, store credit, or other resolution at the sole discretion of LOVEHOLIC.MY.
This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing or electronic functional defects only and does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the right to inspect and verify all warranty claims before approval.
Wear & Tear
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, discoloration, aging materials, battery lifespan reduction, or damage resulting from prolonged usage.
Customers are advised to follow all product care, charging, storage, and maintenance instructions properly.
TPE / Silicone Products
For products made from silicone, rubber, TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), or similar materials, customers are advised to inspect the item immediately upon receiving the parcel.
If any manufacturing defect or abnormal condition is identified upon arrival, customers must contact LOVEHOLIC.MY promptly with clear supporting photos or videos for assessment purposes.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used intimate products may not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement unless proven defective upon arrival.

Customers must await confirmation and instructions from our support team before returning any item.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Return Conditions

Return or warranty requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the recorded delivery date.

Returned items must include original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise approved by LOVEHOLIC.MY.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Replacement processing is subject to product availability.
Refund & Processing Timeline
Approved refund, replacement, or warranty claims may require approximately 1–14 business days after the returned parcel has been received and verified.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be based on the actual amount paid by the customer excluding shipping fees, vouchers, discounts, promotional rebates, or transaction charges.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty shall be deemed null and void if the product:

is damaged due to negligence, misuse, abuse, mishandling, accident, or improper storage;

has been modified, dismantled, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized parties;

is used for commercial, rental, or unintended purposes;

is damaged due to liquid exposure, improper charging, electrical surges, environmental factors, or force majeure events;

shows signs of intentional damage or excessive wear;

is detained, seized, confiscated, rejected, destroyed, or affected by customs or governmental authorities.
