Shipping Policy

Welcome to LOVEHOLIC.MY. This Shipping Policy governs the processing, shipment, and delivery of products purchased through our website. By placing an order with LOVEHOLIC.MY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing

1.1 All orders are subject to payment verification and acceptance prior to shipment.

1.2 Orders are generally processed and dispatched within one (1) to two (2) business days after successful payment confirmation.

1.3 Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional campaigns, public holidays, force majeure events, inventory verification, or operational disruptions.

1.4 LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or hold any order at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, security verification, suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete or inaccurate information, inventory availability, payment verification, pricing errors, or regulatory compliance.


2. Delivery Timeframe

2.1 Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • West Malaysia: Approximately one (1) to five (5) business days.

  • East Malaysia: Approximately five (5) to seven (7) business days.

2.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided for reference purposes. They do not constitute a guarantee of delivery within any specified period.

2.3 LOVEHOLIC.MY shall not be liable for delivery delays arising from courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery areas, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


3. Shipping Methods

3.1 Orders are shipped via third-party courier service providers selected by LOVEHOLIC.MY. Courier partners may include, but are not limited to, J&T Express, SPX Express, Pos Malaysia, Ninja Van, or other authorised logistics providers.

3.2 Courier selection may vary depending on operational requirements, destination, parcel dimensions, service availability, or other logistical considerations.

3.3 Tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched, where applicable.

3.4 Risk of loss and title to the products shall pass to the customer upon successful handover of the shipment to the designated courier service provider.


4. Packaging and Privacy

4.1 LOVEHOLIC.MY values customer privacy and confidentiality.

4.2 All orders are shipped using discreet outer packaging without explicit product descriptions, branding, or sensitive identifiers.

4.3 Sender information displayed on shipping labels may be abbreviated or generalised for privacy protection purposes.

4.4 LOVEHOLIC.MY carefully packs all orders before shipment using appropriate protective materials. However, the outer packaging may exhibit minor dents, compression, scratches, tape marks, dirt, or other cosmetic wear caused during handling and transportation by courier service providers. Such cosmetic wear to the outer packaging alone shall not constitute shipping damage and shall not be eligible for any refund, replacement, warranty, or compensation, provided the product remains undamaged and fully functional.


5. Delivery Responsibilities

5.1 Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, including the recipient's name, delivery address, postcode, and contact number, is accurate and complete before placing an order.

5.2 LOVEHOLIC.MY shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, additional charges, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

5.3 If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, failure to respond to courier communications, inaccessible premises, or any customer-related reason, all additional delivery, storage, return, disposal, or reshipping charges shall be borne solely by the customer.

5.4 Parcels marked as "Delivered" by the courier shall be deemed successfully delivered and fulfilled. Any disputes regarding delivery after such status shall be subject to investigation by the respective courier service provider.


6. International Shipping

6.1 LOVEHOLIC.MY primarily serves customers within Malaysia. International shipping availability may vary depending on destination restrictions and courier service coverage.

6.2 LOVEHOLIC.MY shall not be liable for customs inspections, detention, seizure, confiscation, rejection, destruction, return, delays, or other enforcement actions imposed by customs authorities or governmental agencies.

6.3 Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, storage fees, penalties, governmental charges, or related costs shall be borne solely by the customer.


7. Shipping Charges

7.1 Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on parcel weight, dimensions, delivery destination, and the selected shipping method.

7.2 Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed and dispatched.

7.3 LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the right to revise shipping rates without prior notice. In the event of any discrepancy, the shipping charges displayed during checkout shall prevail.


8. Order Modifications

8.1 Customers requesting changes to shipping information must contact LOVEHOLIC.MY immediately after placing an order.

8.2 Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment preparation, modifications may no longer be possible.

8.3 LOVEHOLIC.MY shall not be liable for any consequences arising from unsuccessful modification requests after order processing has commenced.


9. Delivery Delays

9.1 While reasonable efforts will be made to ensure timely delivery, LOVEHOLIC.MY does not guarantee delivery dates or transit times.

9.2 Delivery delays caused by courier operations, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, force majeure events, governmental actions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not entitle customers to refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or compensation.


10. Customs and Regulatory Actions

10.1 Shipments may be subject to customs inspection, detention, seizure, confiscation, rejection, return, destruction, or delay by customs authorities or other governmental agencies.

10.2 LOVEHOLIC.MY expressly disclaims any liability arising from customs or regulatory actions beyond our control.

10.3 Customers shall not be entitled to refunds, replacements, reimbursements, or compensation where parcels are detained, confiscated, rejected, destroyed, or otherwise withheld by customs or governmental authorities.

10.4 Any additional customs duties, taxes, penalties, storage charges, return shipping fees, disposal fees, or related expenses shall be borne solely by the customer.


11. Lost, Damaged, or Returned Parcels

11.1 Claims relating to lost, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours from the recorded delivery time.

11.2 Customers must provide sufficient supporting evidence, including a complete unedited unboxing video, photographs of the parcel, shipping label, damaged items (if any), and any additional information reasonably requested by LOVEHOLIC.MY.

11.3 All shipping-related claims remain subject to investigation and verification by the relevant courier service provider.

11.4 LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the right to reject claims that are fraudulent, abusive, insufficiently substantiated, inconsistent with the provided evidence, or submitted without adequate supporting documentation.

11.5 Returned parcels resulting from failed delivery, refusal of acceptance, incorrect shipping information, uncontactable recipients, customs-related incidents, or customer-related reasons may be subject to additional reshipping charges.


12. Shipping Rate Chart

The following shipping rates are provided for reference only. Actual shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on parcel weight, dimensions, delivery destination, selected shipping method, and any applicable promotions.

LOVEHOLIC.MY reserves the right to revise shipping rates without prior notice. In the event of any discrepancy, the shipping charges displayed during checkout shall prevail.
